Here are a few highlights of what is included in our fractional franchise / licensing agreement:
The "Bug Busters" logo (a Registered Trademark) for use on all of your Company Vehicles, Advertising, Etc. We will provide camera ready "PMT's" of our logos & artwork, ready for you to take to your local print shop, sign shop, etc.
An exclusive geographic area or territory (map coming soon).
Use of the BugBusters.com domain name, and a website representing your local company. If you do not have a website we will provide one for you. If you already have a website we will seamlessly integrate it for you, in consequence this will eliminate hosting fee's that you are presently paying !
This is a brief outline, the costs will vary depending on the geographic location you are in, or are looking for.
Pricing will range from a base price of about $50.00 a month, as outlined above, with an initial set-up fee of about $500.00 (this includes a basic web page for your company, more if you desire an elaborate website) including the benefits as outlined above.
Food for thought...
Considering that a very basic website costs anywhere from $15.00 to $30.00 a month just to host it, let alone the several hundred dollars or several thousand dollars it will cost to create it to begin with!
The fact that we will provide you with a camera ready logo (a Registered Trademark), and artwork for your stationary & advertising (the initial cost to us was several thousand dollars to create, conceive & register) additionally we will also include samples of our own business cards, stationary & advertising so you can get off to the right start!
Combine this with a name that can't be beat, $50.00 a month is money well spent on your business image!
Lastly: This is not a "full franchise", we have explored this option and presently have instead opted to offer a "fractional franchise" or "single use license" as this allows us to avoid the tremendous costs involved with offering a true franchise, hence the cost to you is dramatically reduced... Note: you will be responsible for registering the name in your geographic area, and insuring that it is available in your area, this is easily done by calling or visiting the "corporation division" or "assumed business name registry" in your area (we can help...). Sub Note: The idea of offering a full franchise is still in the works, those who take advantage of the present offer will be "grand-fathered" in (e.g. their territories would be respected with relation to any said subsequent franchise offering that this company pursues).
Special note to existing owners of "Bug Busters" - Please contact us immediately to take advantage of a VERY special offer available only to previously existing business's. Once again we stress that this is not a "full franchise". To the best of our knowledge (and as a result of the fragmented use of the Bug Busters name across the country) no one is, or will be able to offer a "full" Bug Busters franchise, and presently we cannot offer the protection of one. Please bear in mind that the use of this name is simply resolved by first checking availability, and then "registering" the name in the area you wish to conduct business. We will then provide the rest !!!
